The Phillies are looking for a new president of baseball operations, according to a new report from The Athletic’s Jayson Stark.
They are expected to begin interviewing candidates as soon as next week and are “trying to gauge the interest of a small group of experienced, highly regarded baseball people with proven, winning track records.”
Pat Gillick, Terry Ryan and Charlie Manuel, who all serve as club advisors, have played an integral role in the search process.
