The Phillies announced that they have tendered a contract to their three remaining arbitration eligible players: Rhys Hoskins, Zach Eflin and José Alvarado. Additionally, Seranthony Domínguez and the Phillies came to terms on a one-year, $725,000 deal, per Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. Domínguez is in his second year of arbitration eligibility. Roman Quinn, who was designated for assignment on Monday, was non-tendered.
The Phillies also announced that they non-tendered pitcher Kyle Dohy and re-signed him to a minor-league deal with an invite to spring training. That essentially opens up a roster spot for a potential free agent signing or trade acquisition.
