The Philadelphia Phillies announced Saturday evening that they’ve come to terms with first-round pick Andrew Painter, a right-handed pitcher out of Calvary Christian High School in Florida.
Additionally, the Phillies reached deals with the following picks as well:
- Second-round pick Ethan Wilson, an outfielder from the University of South Alabama
- Third-round pick Jordan Viars, an outfielder from Rick Reedy High School in Texas
- Fourth-round pick Micah Ottenbreit, a right-handed pitcher from Trenton High School in Michigan
- Fifth-round pick Griff McGarry, a right-handed pitcher from the University of Virginia
- Sixth-round pick Jose Pena Jr.
