The Phillies are reportedly interested in the Dodgers’ Jeff Kingston to become GM

The Philadelphia Phillies recently hired Caleb Cotham as their next pitching coach; now, their offseason search could turn to their open general manager position. According to MLB Network’s Jon Morosi, Jeff Kingston — assistant general manager and vice president of the World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers — is a candidate to replace Matt Klentak.

“Kingston was a finalist for the Angels GM job earlier this offseason,” Morosi writes.
