Here’s a rather shocking development during a holiday week: Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia says that the Phillies are planning to name Sam Fuld as their new general manager.
Fuld will work under Dave Dombrowski, who was introduced as the president of baseball operations earlier this month.
