Phillies' Nola knocked around in first inning by Blue Jays

DUNEDIN, Fla. - Aaron Nola lacked his typical command on Saturday afternoon, allowing four runs in two innings of the Phillies' 9-6 loss to Toronto at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium.

Nola threw 39 pitches, 19 of which were strikes. He allowed two home runs, walked a batter, and struck out none. Troy Tulowitzki led off the game with a home run as Nola's fastball tailed across the plate. Michael Saunders added homer later in the inning. Nola faced seven batters in the first, four of whom worked 3-1 counts.

Nola was much crisper in the second inning.
