It was starting to feel like Bryce Harper was never going to homer with runners on base again.
After all, his last two home runs of the 2020 season were solo shots. And then he hit solo after solo this season, totaling 14 solo homers. He blew past the franchise record and was two bombs away from tying the MLB record set by Felipe Alou way back in 1966.
