Lehigh Valley IronPigs – Triple A
The IronPigs defeated the Toledo Mud Hens, 10-8, in 11 innings at Fifth Third Field.
Starting pitcher Alec Asher allowed four runs on nine hits in six innings of work. Asher struck out three and gave up two home runs.
Cesar Jimenez pitched an inning in relief and picked up his third win. Adam Loewen recorded his 10th save.
Designated hitter Erik Kratz led Lehigh Valley’s offensive attack with four RBI. Kratz went 2-for-3 with two home runs and a pair of walks.
