Lehigh Valley IronPigs – Triple A
The IronPigs could not get past a brutal first inning, falling 7-5 to Charlotte on the road.
Adam Morgan got the start for Lehigh Valley but did not fare well. He gave up six runs on 10 hits in five innings of work. He struck out five and walked three on the night.
Three IronPigs recorded three hits apiece. Chase d’Arnaud, Brian Bogusevic and Cord Phelps all had three hits on the night, combining to score all five of the team's’ runs.
