Alec Asher, who started the season in double A after spending time in the majors last season, looks to be fighting his way back to the Phillies. Asher has reached the seventh inning in each of his three starts this season at triple A. He allowed one earned run in 6 2/3 innings on Thursday afternoon. The righthander has walked just three batters and struck out 15 in 22 1/3 innings. The run he allowed on Thursday was his first in three starts, and his triple-A ERA stands at 0.40. . . .
