With a new season brings new faces to the Phillies roster, many of whom are highly touted veterans acquired in either free agency or via trade. The rest of the roster will be comprised of returning starters expected to assume a more veteran role, although it feels like some of them are still young stars waiting to bloom.
Some of the young stars that the Phillies and their fans have waited to bloom might be out of time. Some of it is because the organization has given them plenty of opportunities to win a job, and the other half is because the Phillies are ready to win now.
