MILWAUKEE - Aaron Harang was cruising, despite his teammates not providing any offense of their own through 4 1/2 innings of play. He'd surrendered only a first-inning triple by Jonathan Lucroy that led to Milwaukee's only run to that point.
And then it all unraveled.
The Brewers sent 10 batters to the plate in the fifth inning. By the time Scooter Gennett struck out to end the frame, Harang was no longer in the game, the Brewers had a six-run lead, and the game, which ended with a 6-1, series-sweeping Brewers victory, was long out of reach.
