MIAMI - Giancarlo Stanton raised his arms in celebration before standing up and joining the rest of his teammates down the third-base line. Marcel Ozuna's third double of the night scored Stanton from first to end the series opener Friday night at Marlins Park.
The Phillies' inability to hit outside of one inning came back to bite them in a 4-3 loss, their fourth consecutive defeat on this 10-game road trip. Ken Giles, pitching into a second inning for just his third time as a big-leaguer, walked Stanton and saw Ozuna smack his slider to the left-center-field gap to end the game.
