PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies on Tuesday designated outfielder Michael Saunders and right-hander Jeanmar Gomez for assignment.
They selected the contracts of Triple-A Lehigh Valley outfielder Cameron Perkins and left-hander Hoby Milner to take their spots on the 25-man roster.
