Phillies fans should be thrilled to see Alec Bohm, the organization’s top prospect, finished atop the Arizona Fall League in a handful of categories this season.
The third-overall pick in 2018 out of Wichita State finished with the second-highest batting average in the league after 19 games with a .361/.397/.528 slashline, six doubles, and two home runs for the Scottsdale Scorpions.
Bohm, the recipient of the 2019 Paul Owens Award given to the best Phillies prospect, also appeared in the Arizona Fall League All-Star Game, going 1-1 with a walk and two runs scored.
