Let me begin by stating the obvious: I am no scout. I have never claimed to have the ability of prospect prognostication, of being able to peer into a crystal ball and be able to get coherent picture about the future ability of a player. I’m pretty sure, though some might disagree, that I am able to tell the difference between a player that is “good” and a player that is “bad” based on the current climate of the game, but to be able to sit here and tell you that Player X is going to be this kind of a player in 3-5 years?
