PHILADELPHIA -- Aaron Nola rebounded from his worst start of the season to deliver what the Phillies have come to expect from their young ace in a dominant 2-1 win over the Blue Jays Saturday evening at Citizens Bank Park.
Nola allowed a four-pitch walk to the second batter of the game, Josh Donaldson, but retired the next 18 batters he faced. Nola tired in the seventh inning, after a rain delay kept him away from action for roughly 22 minutes, and on his 113th pitch, he lost both the no-hitter and the lead.
