The Nationals have re-signed former Phillies non-roster invitee .
Two-time All-Star Josh Harrison was among the non-roster invitees in Philadelphia Phillies spring training and summer camps, but was let go after not making the team’s 30-man Opening Day roster. Fellow former Pittsburgh Pirates player Neil Walker instead secured the veteran utility player role, but, he too was eventually let go.
Less than one week after being released by the Phillies in late July, Harrison signed with the Nationals on a one-year deal.
