PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Charlie Manuel and Melissa “Missy” Martin have been together for 20 years and this weekend, the long-time couple tied the knot in Las Vegas.
Manuel was the manager of the Philadelphia Phillies from 2005-2013 (780-636, .551), winning five straight NL East titles from 2007-2011 and the 2008 World Series.
Now at age 71, Manuel serves as a senior advisor for the team and is beloved by Philadelphia.
Missy, who drives Manuel everywhere including to and from Phillies games back when he still managed, has three kids—twin daughters Haley and Allie, and a son Colin.
