These days, the view from Joe Jordan's windowless office at Citizens Bank Park is an alluring one for the Phillies' director of player development. Jordan scans the board that contains more than 150 colored name plates that represent the entire farm system, and he sees potential answers.
"We have a lot of success stories," Jordan said.
