Philadelphia Phillies icon Jimmy Rollins appears fully committed to his return to the organization where he spent 14 plus seasons of his major league career.
Rollins, the 2007 National League MVP, had already rejoined the Phillies organization as a special advisor in late January. And unlike previous years, you won’t have to wait until TBS‘ coverage of the American League playoffs to hear Rollins analyze baseball in 2019.
NBC Sports Philadelphia announced during the Phillies Opening Day victory Thursday that the three-time National League All-Star will be part of the broadcast booth for “select games” in 2019.
