On the heels of his first complete game shutout and being named N.L. Pitcher of the month, Cristopher Sánchez had his worst start of his brilliant season in a 10-2 loss to the Cubs at Wrigley Field. The lefty allowed 7 runs in just 4 innings pitched including 5 in the fourth inning. Sánchez had allowed just 6 total earned runs in the month of June in 33 IP. Meanwhile, Ian Happ went 4-4 with 6 RBIs and three extra base hits including a pair of three run home runs to avoid a sweep for Chicago.
