In case you missed it, Kevin Frandsen is leaving the Phillies radio broadcast to call Washington Nationals games on television alongside Bob Carpenter for MASN.
According to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com, Frandsen interviewed for the Nationals gig late last week and was offered the job during the weekend. It could be tough for the Phillies to replace Frandsen on a permanent basis with a little more than two months to go until the scheduled start of the regular season since the radio schedule consists almost entirely of road games.
