Howard has been accused of PED use by a pharmacist in an Al Jazeera documentary that has since recanted his claims.
Here is a holiday weekend shocker: first baseman Ryan Howard has been accused of using Delta-2, a hormone supplement designed to evade drug tests, specifically banned by Major League Baseball in its anti-PED policy.
The accusations against Howard, as well as Nationals’ All-Star Ryan Zimmerman and eight-year MLB veteran catcher Taylor Teagarden, have been levied by a pharmacist Charlie Sly who had previously been employed at an anti-aging practice in Indiana called the Guyer Institute.
