Former Philadelphia Phillies reliever Blake Parker has reached a minor-league deal with Cleveland that will include an invite to major league spring training, per Jon Heyman of RADIO.COM.
The deal, according to Heyman, could be worth “close to $2.5 million if all incentives are hit.”
After being acquired in July of 2019, Parker struggled in his first action with the Phillies, posting a 5.04 ERA and 4.69 FIP in 23 appearances.
