Eflin struggles as Phils fall to Dodgers

LOS ANGELES -- Phillies right-hander Zach Eflin allowed five runs in four innings Wednesday night in an 8-2 loss to the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium.

He allowed a run in the first inning before allowing a solo home run to Max Muncy and a two-run homer to Matt Kemp in the third inning. Both homers came with two outs. Eflin allowed another run in the fourth before Victor Arano allowed a pair of runs in the fifth inning to put the game out of reach.
