WASHINGTON -- The Phillies put up five early runs and held on for a 5-4 win at Nationals Park on Saturday night. The Nats' magic number to clinch the National League East dropped to two after the Marlins lost to the Braves in Atlanta.

Maikel Franco and Rhys Hoskins hit solo home runs -- with Hoskins also drawing a bases-loaded walk -- to lead the Phillies' offense, while Michael A. Taylor hit a two-run homer and added an RBI single for Washington.
