Does this one count?: Phillies 8, Braves 6

After their three-month vacation barnstorming against podunk beer league opponents, the Philadelphia Phillies (58-30) faced a Major League Baseball team styled as ‘THE’ Atlanta Braves (47-39) for the first time since March and miraculously came away with a victory, defeating their gracious hosts 8-6 on Friday night.

For the second time in four games, Trea Turner homered twice, filling the power void left by the injuries to Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber. Since Harper and Schwarber hit the injured list, Turner is batting .387 with four homers and 10 RBI, accounting for nearly a third of the team’s runs scored.
