Jason Beck of MLB.com is reporting that the Detroit Tigers will hire former Philadelphia Phillies pitching coach Rich Dubee to replace Jeff Jones, who retired at seasons end. The Detroit Tigers have not confirmed, but if Jason Beck is reporting it, you can pretty much count it as fact.

Dubee, 58, was the pitching coach for the Philadelphia Phillies from 2005 to 2013 and has been the Atlanta Braves minor league pitching coordinator since.
