• A.J. Reed inched a bit closer to tying the Minor League home run leader by launching his 19th of the season. While the Class A Advanced Lancaster slugger still trails Double-A Chattanooga's Adam Brett Walker by one dinger, he is no longer second in RBIs. Reed moved into first place by notching his 67th and 68th of the season on a two-run dinger against Bakersfield. His line is one of the best you'll see this season in the Minors: .336/.441/.612 with 14 doubles, three triples and 50 walks, along with his 19 homers and 68 RBIs.
