PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Chooch is in Los Angeles now, but his legacy lives on in Philly.
Carlos Ruiz, who was traded to the Dodgers in August, thanked the fans with a billboard on interstate-95.
On the day he was traded, Ruiz wrote a personal message to his teammates in the Phillies’ clubhouse.
Ruiz will be forever loved in Philadelphia.
