The legend of Kyle Schwarber grows with each June he mashes in. It’s one of those singular phenomenons that we just cannot explain. Whenever the calendar flips to the month of June, something inside of Schwarber just explodes and he goes on some kind of hitting tear.
Last year, his April/May/June OPS’s were .751, .668, .853.
This year, it’s been .718, .871, .934.
It’s just weird. BreakingT has also recognized how weird it can be and has created an awesome new t-shirt to commemorate what month it really is.
