Arrieta outduels Taillon, gets 1st win since May

PITTSBURGH -- Phillies right-hander Jake Arrieta returned to form in Saturday evening's 3-2 victory over the Pirates at PNC Park.

Arrieta allowed two runs in seven innings as the Phillies remained in a first-place tie in the National League East and extended their winning streak to six games, matching a season high. Pirates right-hander Jameson Taillon held the Phillies to just two hits through six scoreless innings before the Phillies rallied to score three runs in the seventh.
