IronPigs pitcher Anthony Vasquez hit a wall during a four-start stretch beginning in late June.
He allowed 20 earned runs and 28 hits in 20 innings, which ballooned his ERA from 2.37 to 5.01.
"Things didn't feel the same as far as timing and rhythm," Vasquez said. "That's part of the game. You're not always going to feel your best.
"You've just got to stay with it."
The 28-year-old did just that and has returned to more acceptable results in his last two starts, including Tuesday afternoon's six-inning stint when the lefty allowed only five hits, one walk and one run in a 5-1 win over Toledo.
