According to Nola, he was exposed to someone who had tested positive for the virus. He was required to stay away from the team from seven days. All of his tests came back negative.

On Saturday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Nola, along with Adam Haseley and Christian Bethancourt were placed on the COVID-19 injured list.
