Then, as if a switch flipped, the unit became the pennant-winning Phils’ most underrated unit. Writing this article last season, I said that the best case scenario for the Phillies’ bullpen was to finish as a top-5 unit and boy, wouldn’t you know it? They finished number three in fWAR (6.8), bested only by the Dodgers (7.
