In today's Phillies rumors and news update, Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher AJ Burnett is reportedly on the trading block and there are nine teams he can be traded to without prior consultation by the Phillies.
According to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN, that list includes AJ Burnett's last stop, the Pittsburgh Pirates:
Burnett can be traded to #orioles #redsox #reds #royals #mets #yankees #pirates #stlcards #nationals without his permission.

The Pirates have been rumored to be in on Burnett once again, attempting to bolster their starting rotation as they attempt to fight through a four-team logjam atop the NL Central. While speculation ran rampant this winter about a less-than-amiable exit from Pittsburgh for Burnett after the 2013 season, Crasnick indicates that such reports were completely exaggerated:
The perception that Burnett ended his tenure with #pirates on bad terms and wouldn't want to return is way overblown.
