*The bigger news of the day, of course, was that Danny Briere met with the media to talk all thing rookie and training camp, and more precisely, finally offer some clarity on what the heck is going on with Alexei Kolosov. [BSH]
*The short version is that, ostensibly, Kolosov was hoping to be more or less guaranteed a spot on the NHL roster, something the Flyers weren’t willing or frankly able to do after re-signing Ivan Fedotov.
