The Flyers announced this evening that they have signed prospect Wade Allison to a entry-level contract. As with Tanner Laczynski, the deal is for two seasons due to Allison being 22-years-old.
Allison spent his four year career at Western Michigan. He was the team’s alternate captain his last two seasons.
Prior to the team drafting him, Allison was in his final season with the Tri-City Storm of the USHL. He collected 25 goals and 22 assists during the regular season. He was named the MVP of the playoffs after posting 16 points in 11 games.
