The Flyers are showing a propensity for bouncing back from bad losses

The Philadelphia Flyers have flipped a switch since coming back from their brutal post-Christmas road trip. That trip was one to forget as the Flyers’ lone win came in overtime against the Ducks. They lost their other four games out West before finishing the trip with an overtime loss in Carolina.

A 1-4-1 road trip was a horrible way to end 2019 and start 2020, but then The Good Flyers showed up.

Since that road trip, the Flyers have not lost back-to-back games. The Flyers are 6-0-0 after losses since Jan. 7 and have outscored their opponents 32-15 (including a shootout “goal”) in those six games.
