After clinching the season series over the Pittsburgh Penguins with a 2-1 overtime victory, the Philadelphia Flyers will look for their second straight as they take on the Montreal Canadiens at home.
It seems every single time the Flyers look dead in the water in terms of earning a postseason berth, they bring us right back in with some sort of gutsy performance. A regulation win over the Canadiens in this contest would put them just four, or actually five since Philly doesn’t own the tiebreaker, points back of the Columbus Blue Jackets for the second Wild Card Spot in the East.
