Flyers training camp opens in exactly two weeks from today. Rookie camp will begin a few days earlier on the 14th, which was just announced yesterday. Between now and then, there is a lot to be looked at. Today, we’ll look around the Flyer-relm to see what there is to know for today.

There’s nothing substantial out there about any Flyers trade or training camp rumors. The only thing we think is for certain is that the Flyers are definitely looking into moving another defenseman for cap and roster reasons. They need cap for a lot of reasons, but if they can move an expensive, ineffective defenseman before the regular season starts then a prospect could get a spot.
