Coming off a 6-3 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Friday, the Philadelphia Flyers will wrap up this three game road trip by facing yet another Metropolitan Division rival in the New York Islanders.
The Islanders have easily been the most surprising team in the NHL this season, tying with the Washington Capitals for best record in the Metro with 81 points in 64 games played. Head Coach Barry Trotz has done a fantastic job in getting New York to play to their strengths, and one of those strengths is on the defensive side of the puck.
