Last week, 3 Philadelphia Flyers filed for arbitration; Brayden Schenn, Brandon Manning, and Jordan Weal. As we discussed, filing for arbitration is routine stuff in certain situations.
Now, the least important of the Flyers’ 3 arbitration filers has settled. Jordan Weal has agreed to an apparent 1-year contract.
Jordan Weal & #Flyers Have settled:
NHL Salary: $650,000
AHL Salary: $200,000
Guarantee Salary: $250,000Not many Flyers fans were on pins and needles about Weal’s future with the team. Weal, of course, came over in the Luke Schenn and Vinny Lecavalier trade earlier this season.
