The Philadelphia Flyers may have just started their preseason campaign, but some of their prospects have already begun their 2019-20 regular seasons. The Swedish and Kontinental Hockey Leagues started their years earlier this month, with the SHL beginning more recently on September 14th. Though it’s early, a few of the Flyers prospects playing in those leagues have been impressive through the first couple of games, showcasing their talents on the ice or in the crease.
2017 Sixth Round Pick Olle Lycksell has been one of them. The Swedish forward has become somewhat of a forgotten name amongst all of the talented players the Flyers possess in their system but is displaying what former GM Ron Hextall saw in him during the draft process.
