The 23-year-old right winger is a top college free agent. Sam Carchidi of Philly.com says the Flyers have an interest in the pair – Spencer Foo, a Union College star, and Mike Vecchione. Foo plays on Vecchione’s right wing. Vecchione is a player the Philadelphia Flyers are expected to be first in line to sign. Vecchione who attended development camp last summer is good friends with Shayne Gostisbehere, who is actively trying to sell him on joining the Flyers’ organization.
“Ghost” who never played with Foo, has connections in Union and don’t be surprised if he reaches out to persuade both Dutchmen forwards to join him in Philadelphia.
