NHL draft prospects audition in game at Wells Fargo Center

With an estimated 150 NHL scouts watching at the Wells Fargo Center, the best United States players available for the 2017 draft showcased their talents Thursday night in the fifth annual All-American Prospects game.

Most of the players have made college commitments. All are hoping to get drafted in June.

Brannon McManus, who has committed to the University of Minnesota, had a goal and two assists to lead Team LeClair to a 6-4 win over Team Howe.

Forty-two players competed, including area standouts Cayden Primeau - whose father, Keith, once starred for the Flyers before concussions ended his career - Evan Barratt, and Josh Maniscalco.
