A couple of days ago, I started to take a deeper, more in-depth dive into some of the prospects that could very well end up with the Flyers in the first round of the 2020 NHL draft.
Like Lukas Reichel, Hendrix Lapierre is a fairly big body (6’0”, 181 lbs) and has good hockey intelligence. However, stylistically, the two could not be further apart. Lapierre is a prototypical playmaking center, and with the likes of Morgan Frost already in the organization, I questioned in my previous article the need for the Flyers to draft a player in the vein of Lapierre.
