After beginning their season early on in October, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms have put on a fair performance in their quest to win back-to-back Atlantic division titles.
The Phantoms currently have a 5-3-1 record, losing their last game against the Hersey Bears 3-1. They rank fourth in the Atlantic with 11 points, just five points behind the division-leading Charlotte Checkers. That also puts them ninth in the entire AHL, leaving them tied with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
Lehigh Valley has looked very good on the offensive side of the puck to start the new season.
