Lehigh Valley Phantoms announce 76 game schedule for 2015-16 AHL season

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms will open their second season on Saturday, October 10 when they host the Syracuse Crunch at PPL Center in their 2015-16 opener. It's also the 20th season in the history of the Phantoms franchise, which has called Philadelphia and Glens Falls, N.Y. home in the past.

The American Hockey League released their 2015-16 schedule on Thursday, and as usual the Phantoms will play 76 total games -- 38 at home, 38 on the road. The Phantoms will play in-state rivals Hershey and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 12 times each during the season. They will not play any of the teams from the league's newly formed Pacific Division.
